- "Property Seeker" refers to individuals searching for properties to buy, rent, or lease.
- "Listing" refers to any property advertisement posted on our Platform.
- "Content" includes text, images, videos, data, and any other materials posted on our Platform.
- "Services" refers to all features and functionality provided through our Platform.
3. Eligibility
To use our Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
3.1 Agent-Specific Requirements
If you register as a real estate agent, you additionally represent that you:
- Hold all necessary licenses and registrations required by applicable real estate laws
- Are registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) where applicable
- Comply with all professional and ethical standards of the real estate industry
- Will maintain valid credentials throughout your use of the Platform
4. User Account
4.1 Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:
- Valid email address and phone number
- Full legal name
- Secure password
- User type (Property Owner or Agent)
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up-to-date
4.3 Account Verification
We may require identity verification including:
- Government-issued ID (Aadhar, PAN, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID)
- RERA registration for agents
- Phone and email verification
- Address verification
5. Property Listings
5.1 Listing Requirements
When posting a property listing, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete property information
- Only list properties you have the legal authority to sell, rent, or lease
- Upload authentic photographs and videos of the property
- Update listing information promptly when changes occur
- Remove listings when properties are no longer available
5.2 Prohibited Listings
The following listings are strictly prohibited:
- Properties you do not own or have authority to list
- Fraudulent or misleading property information
- Duplicate listings of the same property
- Properties involved in legal disputes
- Properties that violate local zoning or land-use regulations
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
5.3 Listing Removal
We reserve the right to remove any listing that:
- Violates these Terms or applicable laws
- Contains false or misleading information
- Is reported and found to be fraudulent
- Remains inactive for extended periods
6. User Conduct
6.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall:
- Treat other users with respect and professionalism
- Respond to legitimate inquiries in a timely manner
- Conduct transactions honestly and transparently
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6.2 Prohibited Activities
You shall NOT:

The Platform, including its design, logos, trademarks, software, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7.2 User Content License
By posting content on our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with our Services. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to post it.
7.3 Copyright Complaints
If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, please contact us with:

- Location of the infringing content on our Platform

- Statement of good faith belief
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Platform Role: SRI HARI REAL ESTATE is an intermediary platform that connects property seekers with property owners and agents. We do not own, buy, sell, rent, or lease properties.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We specifically disclaim:
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of listings
- Quality, safety, or legality of properties listed
- Truthfulness of user representations
- Ability or willingness of parties to complete transactions
- Uninterrupted or error-free Platform operation
Users are advised to:
- Independently verify all property information
- Conduct due diligence before any transaction
- Seek professional legal and financial advice
- Visit properties in person before making decisions
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for transactions between users
- We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listing information
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SRI HARI REAL ESTATE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you post on the Platform
- Any transaction you enter into with other users
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Platform will be revoked
- Your active listings will be removed
- Some information may be retained as required by law
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You breach these Terms
- We receive credible complaints about your conduct
- We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
- Required by law or regulatory order
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in SRIPADGANJ.
12.1 Dispute Resolution Process
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through:
- Direct communication with our support team
- Mediation, if direct communication fails
- Arbitration, if mediation is unsuccessful
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via:

Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
